I once heard someone refer to massage as killing them with pleasure, which I began to understand when I went to the masseuse to get my birthday massage. I had gotten a shorter one several years ago, but this one lasted a full hour! My masseuse, who I first met at a school I attended, is incredibly nice. To me, massage in its most basic form is about relaxing the human body and removing tension which either builds up as a result of inactivity or over-activity
