POCATELLO - Parents, you've probably experienced something like this, you have a newborn baby that won't sleep or calm down and you don't know what to do. Well, Idaho State University might be able to helpTonight ISU offering an infant massage clinic for parents and their children up to 6-months old. The class will teach you effective ways to comfort and bond with your baby. Amy Johnson, massage therapy student said, 'It makes them relax and feel better, and you can also heal them.'The infant massage clinc starts at 6:30 tonight at the Owen-Redfield Complex located on Red Hill Rd. The class can accomadate several families and is open to anyone in the community who wants to learn some basic massage techniques. Johnson said, 'When babies don't feel good they need just comfort. And a lot of these strokes, even just the stationary touch can be very comforting for them.'The strokes help increase blood flow, and decrease tension
