TAMPA, FL -- Tampa police say employees at a local massage parlor have been offering to rub people the wrong way.Cops raided the Magic Health Spa on Kennedy Blvd., arresting an employee and the manager.The employee, Young Son, was charged with prostitution and unlicensed practice of a health care profession.The manager, Kum Wall, was charged with obstruction of a police officer.According to a Tampa police report, During a massage session, the defendant agreed to perform a sex act in exchange for money. The defendant was arrested after a brief foot pursuit, transported to jail and released to deputies. The defendant does not have a Florida Massage License.
